Hours of Operation

Ms. Kirrena’s is open Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.

We are closed every Friday to prioritize provider wellness and maintain high-quality care.

Tuition and Fees

• Registration Fee: $100 (due at enrollment)

• Infants (0–12 months): $450/week

• Toddlers (13–24 months): $400/week

• Preschoolers (2–5 years): $400/week

(Reduced to $350/week once your child is fully potty trained)

• Drop-In Care: $100/day

• Annual Supply Fee: $150 per child, due February1st each year.

Childcare Subsidies Accepted:

We proudly accept childcare assistance through CAPS and Military Childcare Assistance Programs.

Please contact us directly for assistance with enrollment and subsidy approval.

Payment Policies

• Payment Due: Every Friday by 5:30 PM for the upcoming week.

• Late Payments: A $25 late fee will be applied immediately at 5:31 PM.

An additional $25 will be charged for each day the balance remains unpaid.

If payment is not made in full within 3 days, your child’s enrollment will be suspended until the account is brought current.

• No Deductions: Tuition remains the same regardless of absences, holidays, inclement weather, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

(Spring Break is the only exception — see below.)

• Spring Break:

Tuition is waived during Spring Break.

Spring Break will align with the Clarke County School District’s Spring Break schedule.

• Summer Closure:

Ms. Kirrena’s will be closed each summer to allow for rest, travel, and program renewal. 

Trial Period

We believe in making sure our environment is the right fit for every family.

Each enrollment includes a one-month trial period for adjustment.

After this period:

• Parents or Ms. Kirrena’s may end enrollment with a two-week written notice.

• Parents are responsible for two weeks’ tuition after submitting notice, even if the child does not attend during the notice period.

Scheduled Closures (Holidays)

We observe the following holidays and breaks:

• New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day

• Martin Luther King Jr. Day

• Labor Day

• Memorial Day

• Indigenous People’s Day

• Thanksgiving Week

• Christmas Week

Tuition is due every Friday before 5:30 PM regardless of holidays, vacations, or sick days.
